Introduction
The Vantage platform provides robust monitoring and management for AV equipment in meeting rooms. One of its unique features is the ability to integrate with various manufacturer platforms, including Neat devices through the Neat Pulse API. This document will guide you on how to integrate Vantage with your Neat Pulse account.
Pre-requisites
Before you begin, ensure that:
- You have an active Vantage account and licenses for the rooms you wish to monitor.
- Your Neat devices are networked and operational.
- You have administrative access to both your Vantage and Neat Pulse accounts.
Steps to Integrate Vantage with Microsoft Teams Rooms
Step 1: Generate API Key in Neat Pulse
- Log in to your Neat Pulse account
- Navigate to 'Settings'
- Under 'API Keys' click 'Create API Key'
- Choose a descriptive name, and select the read scope
- Make a note of the generated key and associated Organization ID. (Note this the only time the key will be shown)
Step 2: Enable Neat Pulse in Vantage
- Log in to your Vantage account.
- Click on the profile dropdown and select 'Organisation Settings'
- Navigate to 'Integrations'.
- Find 'Neat Pulse' and click on 'Add Integration'.
- Enter the generated key and Organisation ID from Step 1.
