Vantage is a comprehensive cloud platform for monitoring and managing AV equipment in meeting rooms. It offers seamless integration with various manufacturer platforms, including Philips PPDS Wave. This document will guide you on how to integrate Vantage with your Philips PPDS Wave platform.

Pre-requisites

Before you begin, ensure that:

  1. You have an active Vantage account and licenses for the rooms you wish to monitor.
  2. Your Philips PPDS Wave devices are networked and operational.
  3. You have administrative access to both your Vantage account and Philips PPDS Wave platform.

Steps to Integrate Vantage with Philips PPDS Wave

Step 1: Generate Philips PPDS Wave API Key

  1. Log in to your Philips PPDS Wave account.
  2. Navigate to 'Settings'.
  3. Select 'API Keys'.
  4. Click on the 'Generate new key' button and provide an alias.
  5. Copy the generated API key for future use.

Step 2: Enable Philips PPDS Wave Integration in Vantage

  1. Log in to your Vantage account.
  2. Navigate to 'Integrations'.
  3. Locate 'Philips PPDS Wave' and click on 'Add Integration'.
  4. Input the API Key you generated in the previous step.

Step 3: Import Philips PPDS Wave Devices into Vantage

  1. In your Vantage account, navigate to 'Devices'.
  2. Click on 'Import Devices'.
  3. Select 'Philips PPDS Wave' from the import menu.
  4. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the device import process.
