Introduction
Vantage is a comprehensive cloud platform for monitoring and managing AV equipment in meeting rooms. It offers seamless integration with various manufacturer platforms, including GoBright. This document will guide you on how to integrate Vantage with your GoBrightplatform.
Pre-requisites
Before you begin, ensure that:
- You have an active Vantage account and licenses for the rooms you wish to monitor.
- Your GoBright rooms have been configured.
- You have administrative access to both your Vantage account and GoBright platform.
Steps to Integrate Vantage with GoBright
Step 1: Generate GoBright API Key
- Log in to your GoBright account.
- Navigate to 'Admin Center'.
- Select the 'Integrations'.
- Select 'API Access'.
- Click on the 'Add' button and provide a purpose as reference.
- Copy the generated API key for future use.
Step 2: Enable GoBright Integration in Vantage
- Log in to your Vantage account.
- Navigate to 'Integrations'.
- Locate 'GoBright' and click on 'Add Integration'.
- Input the API Key you generated in the previous step.
Step 3: Assign integration to Vantage space
- In your Vantage account, navigate to 'Spaces' and select the desired space.
- Click 'Assign Integrations' in the Scheduling section.
- Select 'GoBright' as the scheduling provider.
- Search for the desired GoBright room to assign to the space and 'Save'
