Delegating account access to Partners

Introduction

Vantage provides a seamless way to delegate account access to partners, enabling them to manage devices and offer remote support.

Partners with delegated access will have equivalent permissions to the Operator role.

Inviting a Partner

1. Log in to the Vantage portal
2. Navigate to the Accounts section.
3. Locate the account you wish to delegate access to.
4. Click on the Partners tab.
5. Select Invite Partner.
6. Enter the partner’s domain in the provided field.
7. Click Invite to send the invitation.

Once the partner accepts the invitation, they will have access to manage the devices associated with the account.

Removing a Partner

If you need to revoke a partner’s access, you can do so at any time:

1. Log in to the Vantage portal
2. Navigate to the Accounts section.
3. Locate the account you wish to remove access to.
4. Click on the Partners tab.
5. Find the Partner you wish to remove.
6. Click Remove to revoke their access to your account.

This action will immediately remove the partner’s ability to manage your devices and provide support.
